My speech.

Good morning Teachers and students. Think about the amount of litter we throw on the ground!!!! do we really need litter flying around in our gardens, and in the water were our sea creatures live. just think  are we doing the right thing  and are we respecting our environment.

This has became a problem because littering is  a major issue in the world sadly the issue of littering may never go away but we can do something to decrease the effects.

Think about all that rubbish that goes flying around .why do we litter when we have a rubbish bin to throw our rubbish in.

Littering is bad because there are 100-700 of people who drop litter on the ground and that makes our animals die and our plants. One day there is going to be a tornado made out of rubbish because we are littering.

There are many marine animals confuse plastic bags,lolly wrappers,

bait packets,and rubber with prey and eat them. plastic bags and balloons look like jellyfish floating in the water turtles mostly eat them and choke or starve to death.

Plastic litter has increased by 165% since 1969 and if you consider the history of plastic and the fact that the sixties marked the beginning of their

commercialization.  

would you like it if we were living in a world full of litter and pollution, well thats what I thought.

Well there are many ways you can solve this solution by putting any rubbish you see in the rubbish bin.

littering leads to the death of  plants and animals.

if we don’t stop and control our actions we will be living in a world of dump.
