Eastern Beach

                                     Eastern Beach

One the 7th of February Panmure Bridge School went to Eastern Beach for a picnic .When we got there Mr Johnston told us the rules. Then he sent us to our classes groups . We all went to the sand and the sand was crunchy like egg shells cracking. Then the Juniors got to go swim in the water. The first group that got to go kayaking was group A (Lavinia’s group.)The first skill we learn t was how to use the paddle and how to turn around back to shore. While Mrs Anderson was having grass time and the other teachers to.When it was the second group to go kayaking they were scared . They stepped into the water and a little sea lice was biting at the bottom of peoples feet. We called hear children laughing and shouting names and saw teachers swimming around with the Panmure bridge students, But Mrs Anderson wasn’t swimming because she wasn’t allowed. The seniors in the kayaks were kayaking far far away from land.We had lots of helpers. The kayaks looked like floating bananas on water hahah i laughed to myself in my head. Miss Kirkpatrick looked like a flake on top of the banana with whip cream on top with ice-cream yummy i licked my lips and told my friends they said YUM. at the end of kayaking we had to change over in the water most people failed and fell off. After that some of us played soccer Adnan's group won against Cyprus group. after A While we all packed up to get ready to go back to school when we got to school we had to wait for miss Kirkpatrick when she got back the bell rang then we all went home. happy and tired....
